A sweet souvenir everyone loves: Bali Nougat

Bali Nougat is a shop specializing in traditional French nougat, known for its unique use of local Balinese ingredients.

This soft-style candy doesn’t melt easily, even in Bali’s heat, making it a popular gift and a great souvenir to take back to Japan.

Nougat made with pandan leaf, often called “the vanilla of the East,” and coconut has a distinctly Balinese flavor and is especially popular as a souvenir.

You can choose as much or as little as you like from various flavors, weighed by the amount you select.

This option includes an assortment of flavors, pre-packed in a 200g box.
Owned by a French chef living in Bali

François, a French chef living in Bali, originally worked as a French cuisine chef. After running restaurants in Bali, he now operates this nougat shop along with a deli located just across the street.
