style to Japan's prized Anno sweet potato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The texture is dense and chewy rather than fluffy, with an intense natural sweetness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">It's delicious warm, but my top recommendation is chilled, with a sprinkle of natural sea salt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"swl-marker mark_orange\">Cold and salted, the sweet and salty flavors take turns hitting your tongue \u2014 it's endlessly satisfying.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I'd recommend Bali's own natural sea salt, from Kusamba or Tejakula.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Too far to visit in person?
