BRUNCH CLUB has two locations:one in Legian and one in Canggu.

It's often described as an "all-day breakfast" café, though the concept here is really all-day brunch. That broader focus—not just morning food—might be part of why it's so popular.

Cafés like this are common across Bali, but this one is in a league of its own—lines regularly stretch outside the door.

It's packed every time I visit—getting a shot without people in it is a challenge in itself.

That said, the Legian branch is a spacious two-story building, so waits usually don't run too long.

BRUNCH CLUB's signature dish is, without question, its fluffy pancakes..

Each pancake looks to be over 5cm thick.

Soft and jiggly, they're stacked in a way that looks like it might collapse any second—but somehow never does.
