This page is specially written for those in the second half of their Bali trip.
Sunday markets are held all over Bali every week.
Among them, the largest and most popular one is the Sunday Market held at La Brisa beach club in Canggu.
YUKIIt truly feels like a treasure hunt.
The charm of the Sunday market is discovering beautiful items you’ve never seen before.
Many vendors don’t have physical shops and sell only online or at markets, making their products hard to find otherwise
In this article, I carefully selected my favorite finds from La Brisa’s Sunday Market.
Why not make your Sunday in Bali a little extra special?
・For those looking for unique Bali souvenirs
・For those who want to make the most of their Sundays
・For those who want to experience Canggu’s local culture
・For those who love treasure hunting while traveling
Location of La Brisa Sunday Market

La Brisa is a beach club located along Canggu Beach.
The beach is just a short walk away. The main entrance faces the street, but you can also enter from the beach side.
▼ The Sunday market is held near the entrance area

At La Brisa, seating surrounds the pool, with the ocean right in front of you.
The Sunday market takes place in the area just before the pool.

Please note that food and drinks bought at the Sunday market cannot be consumed inside the beach club.

There are plenty of items you can enjoy on the spot.

You’ll find many food stalls serving cocktails, fresh juices, and international dishes.
▼ Flavored rum cocktails

They offer cocktails mixed with various fruit juices.

I ordered a Berry Fizz with cranberry, blueberry, and lime, and a colada with pineapple and lime.

They were refreshing and not too strong, perfect for daytime drinks.
▼ A signature dish: Seafood paella

This paella stall has been there since the Sunday market started four years ago.Because it’s cooked in a huge pan all at once, the seafood flavor is incredibly rich and delicious.

The paella comes in two sizes, and the small size is perfect for one person.
▼ Instagram-famous cheesecake

When I went in the afternoon, the cheesecake I wanted was already sold out (sadly).
This cheesecake doesn’t have a physical shop and is sold only via Gojek delivery or at the Sunday market.

They offer various flavors, and lemon cheesecake and dark rum are especially recommended.
▼ Refreshing and delicious ceviche

Like the paella stall, this ceviche vendor has been popular since the market first opened.

It’s made to order, so it’s fresh, with a refreshing balance of citrus and fish.
Unique stalls with beautiful finds

・Only available at the market ・Very Bali-inspired ・Simply beautiful
▼ Bamboo charcoal whitening powder

Bamboo charcoal, made by heating bamboo, is said to have natural whitening effects for teeth.

The powdered charcoal comes in a small pouch (about 10 uses) for 30,000 IDR (approx. $2).

You simply put a little charcoal powder on your toothbrush and brush as usual. You can also mix it with your regular toothpaste if you like.
▼ Natural stone candles

These candles feature natural stones placed with specific intentions, priced at 325,000 IDR (approx. $21.50).

Candles in shell-shaped containers cost 250,000 IDR (approx. $16.50).

The shells are actually ceramic, shaped like real seashells.
▼ Barong jewelry from Ubud

There were many jewelry stalls at the Sunday market, but one that truly stood out was the jewelry from an Ubud-based shop called “Dhatu Conscious Shopping.”

The jewelry artist Ketut himself was there, selling his pieces in person.

The combination of angel wings and natural stones was absolutely beautiful.
▼ Other notable items
Handmade incense

These handmade incense sticks are thicker and have a more natural scent than store-bought ones.Prices start from 30,000 IDR (approx. $2).

I personally love agarwood (oud). If you find it, definitely take a moment to smell it.
High-end natural skincare

ALAM FARMA is a skincare brand that blends pharmaceutical knowledge with ancient wisdom.

It might be one of the most expensive natural skincare products you’ll find in Bali.
It contains powerful antioxidants such as fullerene C60 and polyphenols, which are said to help with dullness and uneven skin tone.
What I personally loved and would buy again

Here are the items I actually bought and would happily buy again next time.
Handmade salami & chorizo

The paprika chorizo from “Moba,” a sausage shop popular among Bali residents, is incredibly good.

Since their shop is based in Ubud, it’s not easy for me to visit from Kerobokan, so finding them at the Sunday Market is a real treat.

Most supermarket sausages here are chicken-based, and it’s actually quite hard to find good chorizo or salami like this. That’s why this kind of stall is especially valuable for people living in Bali.
▼Natural care products for pets

I found an oral care spray made with prebiotics that’s safe for both dogs and cats.
They also had shampoos and serums for skin issues.

It’s also safe for humans, lightly sweet-scented, and my cats didn’t mind it at all.

A single reading costs 400,000 IDR (around $26).

I’ve been to this Sunday Market many times, but this was the first time I saw a tarot reading booth.

Readings are available in English or Indonesian.
This is just a small selection of what you’ll find there. I didn’t count, but there were probably around 70 to 80 stalls.
Have fun treasure hunting and finding your own special gems.
