There's a café in Bali that stays open until 10 PM.
It's Starbucks Reserve Dewata, tucked in Seminyak.
With its soaring open ceiling, coffee exclusive to Reserve stores, a solid food menu, and the flexibility to work or unwind here late into the night, it's a spot I still return to after 10 years of living in Bali.

Location & How to Get There
Starbucks Reserve Dewata is about a 25-minute drive from the airport.
It sits right on Jalan Sunset Road in Seminyak, so it's easy to find, even by Grab.

YUKIWalking distance from Bintang Supermarket, too — great for a break between souvenir runs.
The Vibe
From the entrance, it looks like an ordinary Starbucks — but step inside, and it's a whole different world.

A soaring ceiling, a greenery-wrapped second floor — it's the kind of place that makes you say "wait, this is Starbucks?" out loud.

Just to the right of the entrance is the Reserve coffee counter, serving specialty beans available only at Reserve-branded stores.
Coffee lovers, this one's for you.

You'll also spot a range of Starbucks original merchandise.
I picked up a Reserve tumbler with the signature "R" logo here, and I've been using it at home for almost three years now.
With so many original items and cute designs, it's easy to get pulled in and start browsing.

Here's a sense of the seating.
From what I've seen, the first floor tends to fill up with chatty groups, while the second floor is where the digital nomads set up.
The upstairs is noticeably quiet — perfect if you want to focus.
Great for Remote Work and Evening Café Time Alike
Wi-Fi, power outlets, a quiet second floor, and a closing time of 10 PM — everything you need for remote work is here.

The food menu is another highlight, covering everything from a light lunch to an evening dessert, all in one place.
There's a good mix, from sweets to savory options like paninis and calzones.
It works well whether you're after a light lunch or just tea and something sweet afterward.

What makes Starbucks Reserve Dewata so appealing is that open, airy feel — even though you're technically indoors.
My favorite spot is near the staircase on the second floor.
From there, you can take in the whole space, and it just has that unmistakably international feel.
The Takeaway

On the second floor, there's a door leading out to a terrace, where coffee saplings are actually being grown.
Step further onto the terrace and you get a full view of the street below. It's too hot to recommend during the day, but at dusk, the sky turning shades of orange makes for a beautiful sight.
