No trip to Bali is complete without sunset by the sea.
Watching from the beach is lovely, but for something else entirely, try it from a rooftop — the horizon stretches out in every direction.
Here's a look at the rooftop bar inside Potato Head, one of Bali's most popular beach clubs.

Where to Find Sunset Park

Sunset Park is the rooftop bar sitting right on top of Potato Head Beach Club.
It's on the beach in Kerobokan, about 50 minutes from the airport.
YUKISunset Park is up on the roof of Potato Head Suites & Studios, and you actually enter through the hotel side.
The Vibe at Sunset Park

Sunset Park has a big bar counter along with plenty of sofa seating.
Wherever you sit, the ocean view stretches all the way to the horizon.

It was a bit cloudy the day I went, but even so, that 360-degree ocean panorama was seriously impressive.

If you're after a relaxed evening, the sofa seats on the rooftop are the way to go.
Over at The Counter, watching the bartenders shake up cocktails adds a lively energy to the whole scene.

If you're coming with two or three people, I'd go for the counter seats. I saw a few solo visitors there too.
Sunset, Served with a Great Cocktail

Sunset Park's menu features dozens of original cocktails.
The pink Gari Bali (Rp 165,000 / approx. $10) is Campari-based with a splash of berry juice — sweet, tangy, and easy to love.

Not a fan of sweet cocktails? The craft beer here is worth a try.
It's from KuraKura, a Bali-born brand whose name means "turtle."
There are two options — Island Ale and Lager — and the Island Ale, in its orange can, is subtly fruity and dangerously easy to drink.

Sunset Park also has a solid lineup of light bites to snack on.

My top pick here is the sate — they've got shrimp, chicken, pork, all kinds of skewers.

The juicy pork skewers (4 pieces, Rp 160,000 / approx. $10) come glazed in a sweet-and-spicy sauce — the kind that makes you order another round.
Assorted Local Snacks — Rp 70,000

The local snack platter comes in at Rp 70,000
Peanuts, cashews, cassava chips, and sweet potato chips — the perfect trio to pair with your sunset drink.
The Takeaway

Sunset Park is the spot for snacks, cocktails, and beer with a sunset view thrown in.
Most people swing by around golden hour, grab a drink and a bite, then head off elsewhere for dinner.

There are a few restaurants inside the Potato Head hotel too, so you could head there next, or there's plenty around the area as well.

Don't leave right after the sun dips — stick around for magic hour, too.

As magic hour fades, the scene shifts into night.
The hotel lights up beautifully once the sky goes dark.
Why Sunset Park Is Worth It
No minimum charge — one drink is all it takes
A relaxed, elevated evening on the rooftop
Cocktails and snacks that actually deliver

A lot of beach clubs along the coast have a minimum charge, but not this one — that's honestly what makes it so easy to just drop by.
