Choose your spice level

Went with level 3—it was seriously spicy (send help)

Spice levels range from 0 to 8. I figured level 3 would be medium, but it came loaded with chopped chilies—way more than expected. All I could taste was heat, and my mouth was on fire.

The noodles themselves are light, thin, and slightly chewy, and the "secret sauce" everyone talks about really did live up to the hype.

At first glance, it looked like there were no chilies at all, but they were definitely there once I started eating. Compared to level 3, though, the heat was just right—and I could actually taste that famous sauce this time!
