A "Cream Bath" is a must-try experience in the spa paradise of Bali!
"Creambath" is Indonesia’s signature ritual for scalp and hair. This traditional massage boosts circulation, creating the ultimate foundation for healthy, lustrous growth.
Rich, botanical creams drench every strand, deeply hydrating dry hair from root to tip.
YUKIRecently, it’s also been gaining attention as an effective treatment for preventing gray hair and anti-aging.
・Those seeking premium hair rituals at local prices.

Location & Atmosphere

La Beaute is located in Kerobokan, about a 50-minute drive from the airport.
It’s tucked away in a quiet residential pocket, right in front of peaceful rice fields.

This versatile sanctuary blends a professional hair salon with a tranquil spa, featuring dedicated spaces for styling and holistic body rituals.

The treatment areas are semi-private, separated by curtains rather than solid walls.
This is where you can enjoy body massages, body scrubs, waxing, and more.
Now, let me tell you all about their "absolutely-must-try" Cream Bath!
The Cream Bath Experience

Plop yourself down into one of the comfy sofas and just relax! ^^
This shared space is where they perform cream baths, manicures, pedicures, and foot massages.

My top recommendation is the therapist named Ari.
Ari is an experienced Balinese therapist with strong, firm fingers that provide deep and invigorating scalp stimulation.

The session kicks off with a scalp massage!
The La Beaute edge: your treatment is a full sensory journey, including a curated massage for the neck, back, and hands.

Once the scalp massage is done, they wrap your head in a hot towel to help the cream penetrate deep into your hair.
While the treatment sets, indulge in a 15-minute neck and back massage followed by a soothing 5-minute hand ritual.
You'd be surprised how much tension you hold in your hands from using phones and PCs—it feels amazing!
They use a blend of cream and oil for the body massage, so it’s perfect for those who don't like that greasy, oily feeling.

To conclude, your skin is refreshed with a warm, comforting towel for the back and hands.
Options & Prices

There are 3 types of cream baths,
and the price varies depending on the cream you choose.
The Classic Creambath: A nutrient-rich avocado treatment for approximately 110,000 IDR.
The Intense Hair Spa: Enhanced hydration with premium creams for approximately 120,000 IDR.
The Restoration Hair Mask: Targeted repair for damaged hair for approximately 130,000 IDR.
❤️

Since I worry about dryness and damage, I always go for the "Hair Mask" option.
If it’s your first time, starting with the standard Cream Bath is a great choice.

Once the ritual is complete, the cream is meticulously rinsed away, followed by a professional blow-dry for a polished finish.

Another highlight: You can enjoy multiple treatments at once!
You can get a manicure, pedicure, or foot massage simultaneously while receiving your cream bath.
Be sure to request this when booking, as it depends on staff availability.
Complete your look with manicures from 90,000 IDR and pedicures from 100,000 IDR.
Foot massages start from 70,000 IDR (approx. $4.60) for 30 minutes.
